Lead Successfully

As a Supervisor at McLane, you lead and direct your team to ensure accuracy and achieve results while mentoring and coaching along the way. You will coordinate with other distribution center departments and complete special projects and assignments.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous supervision and warehouse experience (food distribution industry experience preferred).

  • Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new internal and external applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and people skills.
